Sound work and mapping projection on Perspex objects
Tom Porat and Bar Feber present Community Stories: a sound work and a
layered mapping projection based on multi-media processes, featured in the
gallery. Their work traces the nostalgic and personal experiences of two
veteran Black Panthers. Through recorded interviews, the mapping of objects
and geographical environments in Musrara, and their transformation into a 3D
model, a scaled down territory was built in the gallery, outlining a new order of
foci in the neighborhood.
